LOS ANGELES — The spouse of rapper Nicki Minaj was captured by U.S. Marshals after he neglected to enlist as a sex guilty party, agreeing to reports.

E! News affirmed through the United States Attorney’s Office of Los Angeles that Nicki Minaj’s significant other, Kenneth Petty, gave up to specialists and was arrested in L.A. Wednesday.

As per New York State’s Sex Offender Registry, while Petty can move to different states or nations as an indicted sex wrongdoer, he should advise the Division of Criminal Justice Services no later than 10 days after the move.

Nicki Minaj, who has known Petty since adolescence, knows about his criminal past.
