Cadwalader announced on Friday that Bronwen Jones, Douglas Murning, and Matthew Worth have joined its fund finance practice in London as partners.
According to the firm, Jones represents banks, financial institutions, sponsors, general partners, and fund managers on various fund finance issues, such as capital call facilities, net asset value facilities, hybrid facilities, and general partner and co-investment facilities.
Murning specializes in intricate NAV and portfolio financings, leveraged finance, private debt, and special situations. He collaborates with clients from investment banks and credit funds, as well as supporting credit funds and private equity sponsors, the firm stated.
