<p class="speakable">President Donald Trump has initiated the dismantling of the Voice of America, a U.S. government-funded media organization that has faced criticism from Trump for allegedly promoting biased news reporting.</p>
<p class="speakable">"For years, Voice of America has been disconnected from American values. It acts as the voice of Radical America and has disseminated divisive propaganda," a senior White House official informed Fox News Digital.</p>
<p>On Friday, Trump signed an executive order mandating the dissolution of seven government offices, including the United States Agency for Global Media, the governing body of Voice of America (VOA) as well as Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.</p>
