As Roy Williams and his UNC Basketball program is constantly on the tread through this 2020-21 college basketball season, they remain watching future recruiting classes. Just two weeks before, the Tar Heels officially offered four-star shooting guard Nick Smith in the 2022 recruiting class as they desire to land their first commitment in the class. On Tuesday, they took a step forward in hoping to land him.

The four-star shooting guard officially revealed his Top 10 schools in his recruitment on Tuesday afternoon, cutting his list right down to: UNC, Kansas, Arkansas, Texas Tech, Baylor, Ole Miss, Florida, Georgetown, Auburn and Southern Miss:

Smith had a complete of 18 offers in his recruitment but will now give attention to these 10 academic institutions moving forward. The 6-foot-4, 170-pound Smith is ranked as the No. 26 overall recruit and No. 2 shooting safeguard in the 247 Sports activities rankings. He’s an all natural scorer that might be a big can get on the wing for the Tar Heels.
