Two other people who seem familiar with this entire procedure have confirmed that Biden is likely to appoint Cecilia Rouse as the Chair of the Economic Advisers Council.
Neera Tanden is 50 years old and Cecilia Rouse is 56. Both the colored women will be the first-ever to be nominated in these posts if and when it is confirmed. Neera Tanden is of South-Asian origin and will be the very first to be appointed as the Budget Chief of the White House. This department looks into the expenditure and policy schemes of the administration including every detail beginning from the draft budget to remodeling domestic policies as well as the approval of administration executives through the testimony of the congress party.
