Selena Gomez, The 2015 Met Gala
Selena Gomez attended a recent interview with Vogue, the American monthly magazine on fashion and lifestyle. The main purpose of the interview was to speak on some of the most iconic looks that the owner of Rare beauty had carried on the red carpets over all these years. It was when she had to talk about a white outfit that she wore at the Met Gala of 2015 that Selena Gomez spilled the beans on her relationship with her body.
The outfit was the work of the designer, Vera Wang and it was a column gown. She stated that she vividly remembers the night she wore the dress because it happened at a time when she was not very proud of her own body. The “Who Says” singer then revealed that she was very happy with the dress. The reason behind this was the fact that it provided the opportunity to encounter a dress that went well in her body.
Selena Gomez continued by stating that she enjoyed each and every moment that she took to make the dress. Together, all of them achieved something that was typically made for her body and fit her perfectly. “The Dead Don’t Die” also said that the 2015 Met gala red carpet moment was the time when she felt like she did not need to be someone with a body like that of a 19-year-old girl. She could get over the thought because she was no more 19 years old.
