Bicyclist struck by Car and died on Highway 32 in Chico

CHICO, Calif. – A bicyclist endured deadly wounds in the wake of being hit by a vehicle on Highway 32 at Ten Mile House Trail in Chico Friday night.

As indicated by CHP, this all happened on Friday, May 8 not long before 10 p.m. on Highway 32 at Ten Mile House Trail in Chico.

CHP stated that a 65-year-olf person from Chico was riding his bike eastward on Highway 32 at Ten Mile House Trail at an obscure speed.

A 32-year-elderly person was driving a 2018 Chevrolet pickup in the eastward path of Highway 32 at around 55 mph and was only west of the bicyclist.

As indicated by CHP as the pickup truck arrived at the bicyclist the front bit of the truck crashed into the bicyclist. The bicyclist supported deadly wounds because of the impact.

CHP stated that the reason for the impact is still under scrutiny. However, liquor and drugs are not to have been a contributing element.
