Although it was not always the goal, Cardi B did not have a nanny to try to raise her child Kulture.

In the early stages of their careers, there were not many creative people who decided to start a family. The 29-year-old rapper claimed as much in a recent interview with Vogue Singapore, which was released on Tuesday, July 12. When others expressed concern about my professional prospects, I would reassure them by saying, “It is easy.” Have faith, I will be hiring a nanny and taking her with me wherever I go. It will not even be an inconvenience.

Cardi B Is Not Comfortable With Staff Handling Kulture

However, Cardi B discovered that she was not completely comfortable with the way the personnel handled Kulture when she finally got her hands on her daughter. She went on to say, “When the baby arrived, I could not even conceive of obtaining a nanny since I was frightened of anybody being near her except for my family.”

The “WAP” singer, who has a 4-year-old daughter, Kulture, and a 10-month-old boy, Wave, with artist Offset, has said that she does not need to hire a nanny despite her busy schedule due to the love she receives from her family. She values it, but she knows she can not rely on it exclusively.

Cardi B explained, “Your parents already have lived their days and raised their kids.” They are not as youthful and full of life as a person in their twenties because they are older. As a mother, I have a duty to take care of my children at all times.

When your children are not putting in an honest effort, this duty might feel extra onerous. On Tuesday, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper said it had been “very hard” because he would be “up throughout the night and all day” caring for a sick Wave.

In September of 2017, Cardi B and her now-husband Offset, age 30 tied the marriage in Georgia. She gave birth to Kulture in July 2018; two years later, in September 2021, Wave joined the family.
