Rudy Giuliani who has been the attorney of the 45th president of America Donald Trump is now facing charges. He fought the case for Trump in Georgia. Trump’s Florida home has been scrutinized by the FBI, as the FBI suspected he might have taken official papers from the White House to Mar-a-Lago.

Giuliani has to testify in front of a special grand jury, to prove his innocence with the request of Willis. As Rudy Giuliani led the election-challenging efforts In Georgia in the year 2020, and spread false claims of election fraud in Atlanta Fulton County.
Even Lindsey Graham has been asked to be present at the Special Grand Jury, a federal judge has been asked. He might need to explain those phone calls between him and Georgia’s secretary of state, Brad Raffensperger, and staff in the weeks of the election.
Trump specifically asked Raffensperger to find those votes that might be needed to reverse loss in the states. In January 2021 Willis’s investigation was interrupted by Trump’s phone call to Raffensperger.
