Ka’aba is the building in the center of the Great Mosque of Mecca. Today, it has been closed and is completely empty of worshippers. That’s because Saudi Arabia is working on preventing the spread of coronavirus.
Dr. Yasir Qadhi, the Islamic scholar, tweeted: “Subhan Allah, the Ka’ba is empty, the tawaf has stopped as the authorities clean the Ḥaram because of the coronavirus fear. May God protect all of us!”
