It is clear that America is planning to open up slowly. Many phases have been set which will help in reopening America as the pandemic subsides. Even Democrats are helping to lay down a plan to open up America. Democrats are placing a lot of responsibility on the federal government to supervise the opening-up process. A state should not open up unless it has taken all the necessary precautions.
As per Donna Shalala, “If one state reopened too soon, there is no way to stop the state next to it from getting an increase in infection.” Thus, the Democrats want to roll out a Reopen America Act where there will be active participation of both federal as well as state governments to open up the states of the USA.
