Elon Musk Is Hyped Up For His SNL Appearance

Only a week remains until Elon Musk will make his appearance for Saturday Night Live. However, things have taken a slightly awkward turn. Musk’s Twitter account saw him request ideas for skits openly from his followers. This indicates a sense of unpreparedness from the SNL team.

Elon Musk’s Upcoming Guest Appearance

Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, went on Twitter on Saturday. It is the day just a week prior to the day he will be hosting in New York City for SNL. Moreover, he was entertaining ideas from random followers on what would make a good sketch for him and the SNL cast. Of course, given Musk’s personality, it might just be a harmless joke. Or, they actually might be lost for what the plot can be.

The ideas that came up ranged from comics to superheroes to even nursery rhymes. Some of them are “Irony Man” whose superpower is irony and villains cannot help but be defeated by it. Others include “Baby Shark Tank”, “Woke James Bond” as well as an idea involving Dogecoin.

Someone even suggested that he can try a skit based on “The Godfather” while calling it “The Dogefather”. Elon Musk has been attributed heavily to the rise in price and popularity of the cryptocurrency in recent times.

Elon Musk only responded with a “definitely”. However, if it is not actually a joke, it would mean that he has not yet been told anything by the Saturday Night Live team. It is not exactly impossible either as there has been a considerable amount of outrage since the appearance’s announcement.

Several cast members have publicly aired their grievances in having to work with Elon Musk. He is one of the wealthiest people in America at a time when many families are struggling to put food on their table daily due to the pandemic.
