She claims herself lucky she was able to stand next to him, and present the award to him.
Hong Chau Is Now All About Brandon Fraser
Hong Chau played the role of caregiver Charlie with Brandon Fraser in The Whale. To her it was a small part yet so overwhelming, she could perform with a legend. His talents are so alluring that Hong Chau couldn’t stop praising his talent and warmth. She went on and on telling them how good he was, and after giving the award to him, she wished he deserves all the awards even the upcoming ones.
The Mummy and the George Of The Jungle were definitely all about him, since when he started owning his name. The late 80s and early 90s was his era, and hence he proved he is stronger than those curve balls life keeps throwing at him.
And The Whale was the perfect start for him where he could actually come out of the shell. It was his comfort zone. The love and respect he has been showered with at the award show make Hong Chau very happy. She is the definition of a true friend.
