The Season 19 heartthrob of Grey’s Anatomy, Dr. Jackson might return for a cameo in the show, according to Jesse Williams. With an interview with the outlet E! news, the actor revealed how he feels about going back to the show.

Williams recently have had an interview with E! News where the actor told the viewers with some amazing news for the fans of the popular show Grey’s Anatomy.

Jackson Avery moved to Boston when we last saw him in in the series’ 18th seasons’ finale, but the actor reportedly revealed to E! News that the doctor could make an appearance in the West side at some point. Williams coyly said, “I believe that’s quite conceivable,” while asked if he would make a brief visit to mentor the new recruits.

According To Jesse Williams, Fan Favorite Jackson Might Make A Comeback To The Show:

 Looking off camera Jesse Williams, the actor of the character said that he thinks it is not unlikely of him getting back on the season 19 of the show, one way or the other.

Jesse Williams said that he has spent some time working with the incoming batch of Grey’s Anatomy trainees, and being a previous Grey’s intern too, the encounter was bittersweet.

Jesse Williams acted in seasons 6 through seventeen of the enduring medical drama series until departing in May of last year and reconciling with Sarah Drew, her on-screen romantic lead. Jesse  Williams has now returned and acted in the Broadway production of Take Me Out. He also received a Tony Award nomination for the same.

Jesse Williams said that there are currently no firm plans for something like a “Japril” spin-off, noting both his own and Drew’s hectic schedules, even though he is undoubtedly open to the idea.
