As reported by the media, Khloe Kardashian is turning a deaf ear to most of the noises made about Tristan Thompson– the father of her child. This comes as Tristan Thompson is being sued by Maralee Nichols over child-related and pregnancy expenses.
The lawsuit posits that Nichols claimed that she became pregnant with a baby boy- which immediately followed a sexual encounter with the player of Sacramento Kings on his 30th birthday this year. With the clamors of a paternity suit hovering around, Kardashian is apparently not paying heed to any of the news.

A source close to the family stated that Khloe Kardashian was currently focusing on co-parenting. The insider also added that the star of Keeping Up With The Kardashians has already broken up with Tristan Thompson- since last spring. On the 6th of December, Nichols gave birth to a boy, and the petition of the lawsuit would determine the parental relationship- which was filed in Los Angeles this June.
She has also been requesting reasonable expenses of birth and pregnancy as well as the legal fees from the father- Thompson. Along with this, Nichols has been asking for full legal and physical custody of her son with visiting rights for Thompson.
Khloe Kardashian’s ex-beau Tristan Thompson did acknowledge that he had sex with Nichols in Houston on his birthday. Following that, he had requested a paternity test to determine if he was the father of the child. A major point of contention that arose between Thompson and Nichols was that Thompson wanted the case to be solved in Texas, where the deed occurred- whereas Nichols wants it to be dealt with in California- where she lives.
