Morocco has stunned Spain on their way through to the Quarter Finals of this edition of the World Cup, and they are looking strong.
The Moroccan team came in the World Cup with a dismantled team. They had a new inexperienced coach and no one counted them in a RO16 filled with the likes of Brazil, Argentina, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and more.
Paris Saint-Germain defender Achraf Hakimi with an attempted panenka decided Morocco’s fate within their fourth penalty as Spain missed all their first three. Spain after a nil-nil draw against Morocco in the first 120 minutes of the game, and thus, the game went on to the penalties.
Moroccans made history by beating Spain as they become the first North African country to go to the quarter finals in the World Cup.

Moroccans after getting eliminated by Spain in the 2010 World Cup was their last appearance in the World Cup. Then almost after a decade, they qualified for this world cup and now they will be facing Portugal in the quarter finals.
