When the whole nation was against love, people started to lose the hope and faith that was stored in them. And the USA made it happen, they passed the law of same-sex marriage. They supported the LGBTQ community. Giving the same space to each individual in society was the main motive behind it. And Sam Smith, this is the best thing that happened in the USA, at least some tried to make them feel at home, and not outcasts.

Sam Smith Shared A Honorable Moment Of Their Life On Instagram

Recently Sam Smith performed at the white house, which was an honorable moment for them, they thanked President Joe Biden and the first lady for giving them the space to perform and make memories. They thanked the federal law for establishing such a law and protecting all kinds of love to blossom into society.

President Joe Biden signed the same-sex marriage act, and Sam Smith couldn’t respect him enough. And this act inspired him so much that the love in Sam Smith restored and changed the lyrics of their song. Previously it was “this ain’t love, it’s clear to see’ to “this is love, it’s clear to see” only for this historic moment that was going to take place. They felt giving the same space to everyone irrespective of gender, color and race, was just the beginning of an important journey that is yet to unfold.

Not Sam Smith, Cyndi Lauper who performed True Colors, one of her hit songs. She thanked the president and vice president before the law they passed, which made them feel a part of the community, and they are being valued. And they are grateful for not making them feel ‘not Americans”. Their children’s future and their future are assured.
