The Washington Football Team honored Taylor by retiring his jersey number. He has become the third player in the history of Washington to have ever achieved this feat.
The team will be having their upcoming match against the Kansas City Chiefs. According to the schedule, Washington will announce the retirement of the number, 21. They also stated that a road will be named after the late legend. The other players have their credit. Bobby Michell, Sammy Baugh are the two other stars that have had their jerseys retired.
