Pavard was at a close-range tap that was enough to provide the European champions, Bayern Munich, their 6th title Club World Cup title within quick succession.

Six Pack Title For Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich has successfully managed to win the 8th title in a consecutive row to lift the Club World Cup trophy. The club lifted the trophy after they won the Champions League. Bayern has followed the footsteps of the previous champions, Liverpool.

In addition, the club is the 2nd side that won all the 6 available titles in a period of 1 year right after Barcelona claimed this exclusive achievement in the year 2009.

The man of Hansi Flick had already claimed the Champions League, German Cup, Bundesliga, German Super Cup, and UEFA Super Cup in the last season.

Robert Lewandowski, the striker of Bayern and set up the winning goal of Pavard, has expressed his delight and satisfaction at winning 6 back to back titles which is quite a special occasion. He further added that the 6 consecutive wins are probably the biggest feat in football and the achievement and efforts of the club will be remembered by the fraternity for a long time.

Flick was seen clenching his wrist after that ultimate goal and has given his team 2 days off before they need to get back to Germany for their forthcoming Bundesliga matches against Arminia Bielefeld on Monday.
