China emerges as new flashpoint in 2020 campaign

The global pandemic is taking its toll on all spheres of life but it is particularly tough when we look at the 2020 presidential campaign.

Several ads released by the Biden camp and President Trump’s supporters admonish the other for not being tough enough on China.

Trump has sidetracked from his earlier view of China’s handling of the novel coronavirus. He had earlier praised the Chinese government but in recent times have blamed them for the spread.

The former Veep’s office has responded to criticism from the Trump camp by releasing ads that highlight the current administration’s mismanagement of the global pandemic.

The U.S is one of the hardest-hit countries with a death toll of 52,400.
