Chrissy Teigen, the 35-year old American model, has exited from being a part of the rom-com series, Never Have I Ever. It is one of the “coming of age” series created by Mindy Kaling. The show airs on the streaming platform, Netflix. The reason behind this originates from the fact that she had once actively indulged in abusing Courtney Stodden over social media platforms. Stodden is a reality TV star and a model.

Chrissy Teigen’s Controversy

Chrissy Teigen was supposed to carry out a planned voice role in one of the episodes of the second season of the Netflix show. The Mindy Kaling show involves the system of voice narration when it comes to the key characters that are carried out by the guest participants. The Maitreyi Ramakrishnan starring shows that Chrissy Teigen almost became a part of, is about a teen girl belonging to Indian roots. The series navigates her life as she attends high school. It also revolves around the way she copes with her father’s loss.

The 26-year-old Courtney Stodden had revealed the fact that she was abused by Chrissy Teigen in one of the interviews that she attended. The incident took place almost 10 years ago. Teigen attacked her after Stodden got married to 60-year-actor Doug Hutchinson when she was 16-years-old. Stodden told everything in detail about how the social media personality directly messaged her telling her that she wanted her to die.

Following this, Chrissy Teigen went on to apologize to her in front of the entire world. Her apology came on the 12th of May. She also stated that she was one of those “attention-seeking” and “insecure” people at that time which led her to carry out the mean behavior. The last post that came from the cookbook author was on the 12th of May.
