A federal Judge has been asked by DOJ to get two lawyers to record their statements pertaining to the conversation they had with Donald Trump, the ex-President of the United States of America. This step was taken by DOJ in order to break down the firewall Donald Trump has been using to deter the investigation into Jan 6, 2021.

The step was taken by DOJ to force Cipollone and Philbin, White House counsel and his deputy respectively, to get them to testify. This is all as per the secret proceeding of the court.

Donald T has been trying to keep them away from testifying about the conversations, before the criminal Jury.

DOJ has got answers from Greg J and M Short, the top VP advisers, successfully. Jacob testified first on Oct 6, before the jury and a week later he did so again. This went totally unreported. Short also appeared before the grand criminal jury on days he was asked to.

DOJ Gets To Trump

The four men close to Trump Administration had initially refused to reply to questions about their interactions and advice to Donald, Donald T lost the cases relating to both, Jacob and Marc in the district court in Washington DC.

The attorneys of Pat and Patrick, who the DOJ is trying to compel to testify, have not responded to the request.

Pat Cipollone and Patrick Philbin were very close to Donald Trump and their testimony will be very important for the investigators to know of the conversation between them and Trump and how and what led to the riot on Jan 6 at the Capitol.

Donald Trump along with his allies has used claims of confidentiality, in their defense. This has fetched them mixed results in many of the cases which surround the former President of the United States of America.
