The guard of the Minnesota Timberwolves, Malik Beasley, is a courageous player as he did not even think about taking a charge with Ja Morant speeding towards him and trying to load a poster dunk. Malik could have easily fouled him before the throw or let him slam without any contest. However, Beasley tried to make an offensive foul late in the final half of Game 5.

The Performance Of Ja Morant Was The Main Reason Of Their Victory Against Minnesota

In the first round, the Minnesota Timberwolves were on a lead in a tied 2-2 round and then each and every second was important. In case, Beasley would have drawn the charge, Ja Morant would have faced another foul and another possession would have been added in the third quarter.

Ja Morant is regarded as very special and that particular dunk speaks about his talents. The real picture of the series was a huge responsibility was on the shoulders of Morant to take his team forward after their bad performance in Game 2. In the series his performance was not up to his standards and with the Grizzlies he outshined everyone and broke the defense of the rival very easily.

The previous match was a sign that they still could make a come-back in Game 5 and Ja Morant will be the key player to fulfill this objective. As per the opinion of many spectators, Anthony Edwards did not have to try for the steal as the entire attempt of Morant was brilliant. All of this started with the dunk in the third quarter and Memphis was just waiting for one win.
