According to the latest media reports, John Mulaney and Olivia Munn seem to be enjoying quite a whirlwind romance- after his brief rehab stint. After several months of mere speculations, the stand-up comedian declared that he and Munn were officially together and they were also expecting.
In an interview that took place last month, Mulaney stated that Olivia and the baby pulled him out of the hole that he had dug himself in which paved the way for an early journey towards recovery. The comedian- who has had several stints in the past with drug addiction and alcoholism, had gone back to rehab the previous year.

John Mulaney further mentioned that he was indeed quite lucky to have met Olivia Munn- he was in a relationship which has turned out to be really beautiful- and with someone who was simply incredible in the way she has been for him. In his appearance at the Seth Meyers show, Mulaney spoke about how he met and fell for Olivia Munn when he visited Los Angele back in the spring. And now, with a kid on the way, he couldn’t be happier.
This is the first child for Olivia Munn and John Mulaney. Mulaney also disclosed later that he had been in rehab for about a couple of months. He came out in February and then started living in a sober living facility for around a month and a half after which he headed to Los Angeles to connect with Munn- after they had first met at Seth Meyers’s wedding back in 2013. Mulaney joked about how Olivia Munn got to date him after he came out of recovery- when he had left his past behind.
John Mulaney’s divorce with Anna Marie Tendler came before he started dating Olivia Munn- so he managed to close a chapter of his life before venturing into a new one. Reports of their divorce came last year after they shared a marriage of 6 years.
