Kate Beckinsale is every mother now- a mother who hasn’t seen her daughter for almost two years due to the pandemic. The mother and her daughter Lily Sheen have finally reunited and they were seen together at the John F. Kennedy International Airport on the 23rd of July.
The veteran actress, 47, looked chic in full glam, decked in a black blazer and white pumps. Her daughter, Sheen went for a more casual look wearing baggy jeans and a cropped t-shirt. The mother-daughter duo, along with her boyfriend David Schechter, were all caught wearing face coverings as reported by the media.

Previously, Kate Beckinsale had been interviewed by Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest, where she spoke about how she hadn’t seen her daughter in over two years. Also, the actress had gone to Canada- where her daughter couldn’t come in to see her. The star of the Underworld movies gave birth to Lily Sheen- who she shares joint custody with Michael Sheen. Currently, the 22-year-old studied at New York University and now resides in the Big Apple.
While Kate Beckinsale had obviously spoken to her daughter over FaceTime, the duo was still afraid that they might just look too old to each other. Although, it should be a small concern for the daughter, considering she is just 22. Beckinsale, on her part, thinks she would be looking quite old standing next to her daughter. Lily Sheen has decided to get into the acting business just like her parents and will be seen opposite Nicholas Cage in The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent.
Kate Beckinsale had initially wanted her daughter to be a doctor, but then her daughter turned out to be just a miniature version of her. As far as relations with Martin Sheen go, they both share a cordial relationship.
