Keanu Reeves has addressed news of his marital status after rumors surfaced that he is married to Winona Ryder. During the shooting of Bram Stoker’s Dracula in 1992, a wedding scene was enacted by Francis Ford Coppola, the director which Reeves says was a legal one.
Reeves said that they had indeed been married to Winona Ryder. He told Entertainment Weekly that he was sure that they had been married in real life.
Keanu Reeves recollected that Director Coppola had used a genuine Romanian priest. He continued that they performed all the necessary rituals and ceremonies. So he wants to let people know that they are husband and wife as a result of this marriage on the sets.
Reeves has also commented about this suggestion in a video interview with the magazine ‘Esquire.’ Reeves says that it was a complete ceremony and involved real priests. He says that Winona Ryder and Coppola also believe in the same thing. So it stands that they are married in God’s eyes.
While Reeves is at present dating Alexandra Grant, a visual artist, Winona Ryder has been with Scott M Hahn for the past 10 years.

Reeves, 57, was last seen with Winona Ryder on the sets of Destination Wedding, released in 2017. He will next be seen in The Matrix Resurrections reprising the role of Neo. The Lana Wachowski film is set to be released on December 24.
Reeves will also be seen in the 4th John Wick movie in 2022. He has recently cemented his status as one of the nicest guys in Hollywood for his choice of gifts for the stunt team at the end of shooting.
Reeves and Winona Ryder are good friends and also worked in A Scanner Darkly (2006), followed by The Private Lives of Pippa Lee in 2009, and finally Destination Wedding in 2018.
