Kardashian, 38, and Thompson, 32, reside a few doors apart, and the two are said to spend a lot of time together when he visits their kids. Since he allegedly cheated on Kardashian while she was carrying their second kid via surrogate, Thompson is said to have been pleading for her pardon.
His current desire is to start a family, and according to the source for the magazine, keeping him in suspense is the only way Kardashian can maintain control. According to reports, they are behaving like an exclusive couple and are forbidden from seeing anyone else.
