She has tweeted that she is honored to lead Michigan, and in return former president Trump has congratulated her. Last year Deperno lost the race for attorney general, who was backing the race with Trump. Trump called her powerful election denier. Seems like Trump has other things in her mind to play his cards with.
Kristina Karamo Could Be Trump’s New Target
A new republican party member would be running for Michigan State. The other GOP leaders have chosen Kristina Karamo. She has taught in college, as a former professor. She raised her voice after the 2020 election and made allegations against the left wing. Kristina Karamo claims she has witnessed what happen during the election, and the absentees near the ballots. The allegations proved to be false, and she also said Trump was the true winner at Michigan. Karamo has claimed that left-wing anarchists were behind all the wrongdoings.
After the 2022 mid-election, the former president backed Kristina Karamo, but no one knows what is his motive behind it. She is running for state secretary, last time she lost to democrat Jocelyn Benson with 14 points.
Kristina Karamo possesses some orthodox ideas, and previously she opposed for legalization of abortion and called it satanic practice. Also, child sacrifice is a sin according to Bible verses. She even raised her voice against covid 19 vaccine. Kristina Karamo called herself an anti-vaxxer.
Being a professor herself she opposed the public school and teaching evolution calling it a government indoctrination camp. Karamo’s motive is unclear given the past statements, but now it is becoming clear why did Trump congratulate her on truth social. Someone is speaking his language.
