The midwesterners are fortunate enough to get another check. This would come from state governments and not the US congress approved federal department.

Additional Stimulus Checks Are Way Less Than They Expected

Illinois state is issuing refunds from $50 to $100.And many are considering these payments as nothing. People who have filed their taxes in 2021, and AGI between $200,000 to $400,000.

There is another $300 property tax will be issued in the second stimulus check. And one taxable income must not be more than $250,000, to claim this rebate. Indiana paying stimulus checks worth $125 for single tax filers and $250 for joint tax filers.

Whereas, Minnesota paid $488 for frontline employees only.
