On the freshly restarted Rust set, Alec Baldwin was recently captured in a challenging situation. The actor may be seen being hanged by a noose in several photographs that have been circulating online. The movie’s inclusion of the real hanging sequence, however, has not been made public. Harland Rust allegedly received a death sentence by hanging for unintentional homicide.
The Pixie actor could be seen standing next to his colleagues in several other photos while wearing a shirt that was covered in blood. He completed the look by adding similar slacks and leather boots.
Alec Baldwin Is Back On Rust Set
In the hanging scene, a noose could also be seen being wrapped around his neck. His earlier pictures of him carrying a gun in reverse went viral.
These photographs appeared shortly after criminal charges against him in the Halyna Hutchins case were dismissed. Alec Baldwin was charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Halyna Hutchins in 2021 and was fighting a court battle over the tragic on-set gunshot. Halyna was killed when a live bullet from a pretend gun was fired at her. The actor was the one holding the gun. However, the actor’s criminal charges were dropped after he admitted that he did not pull the trigger.
However, the case against Hannah Gutierrez remained active and is still ongoing. Alec Baldwin’s attorneys stated after the prosecution dropped the charges.
According to the statement, “We were pleased with the court’s choice to drop the lawsuit against Alec Baldwin and we will urge an adequate inquiry into the details and causes of this terrible accident.” Several lawsuits against Baldwin are still pending, including ones from Hutchins’ parents, sister, and “Rust” script manager Mamie Mitchell. Gloria Allred, an attorney, is the legal counsel for both sides.
