The already extreme rivalry between two top Trump administrators, Mike Pence and Nikki Haley intensified as the former poached a top adviser to the former United Nations Ambassador. This was confirmed by two GOP sources who knew about the move.
Both Nikki Haley and Mike Pence are making a bid for the top job at the White House in 2024. Tim Chapman, the top aide, was the executive director at Stand for America, Nikki Haley’s Political Action Committee.
Tim Chapman will now join Advancing American Freedom, Pence’s PAC. In a statement, the former vice president under Trump said that Tim Chapman was among the brightest hopes in the conservative movement. Pence said that he was thrilled that he would join his team and advance the foundation of American opportunity, culture, and leadership.
Nikki Haley Indicated That She Intends To Run For The Top Job In 2024
Tim Chapman stated that he was grateful for the opportunity to serve under Nikki Haley’s team of dedicated workers. He further stated that Advancing American Freedom, Pence’s PAC, was one of the more influential and fastest-expanding conservative organizations in America.
Chapman said he was thrilled to be joining AAF. He said that the incredible lineup that was part of the leadership at the AAF and its practical conservative policies will help reestablish the nation.
Nikki Haley has also indicated to news agencies that she intends to make a bid for the presidency in 2024. She said that the nation has to follow new directions, and she believes that she can be the leader of that change.
Executive director for SFA, Betsy Ankney praised Tim Chapman and said that they were happy that he had found a reliable platform from where he would continue to root for conservative policies and ideas.
