April 10th marked quite an occasion for Phoebe Bridgers who brought out her latest song via live stream. The song, called ‘I Know The End’, was sung by the singer on Pitchfork’s Instagram along with several other songs in her bag. She also added the songs from her ‘Punisher’ album, which is set to be released this year.
Coming off a high from her last hit album ‘Stranger in the Alps’, this famous singer not just performed ‘I Know The End’, but also ‘Garden’, and ‘Kyoto’. These songs are set to be a part of her ‘Punisher’ album and are quite anticipated.
She didn’t forget to pay tribute to the late John Prine who died on April 7th by covering his ‘Summer’s End’ from the Tree of Forgiveness track. The late John Prine had served to be a major inspiration in her life, and especially her career as a singer, and it was simply a matter of time before she had to pay her tribute to this legend.
Bridgers is all set to climb the ladder after her debut album hit the charts in a much favorable way. Since then, she has been performing with a lot of talents like herself, and ‘Punisher’ is creating a lot of gossip as people are waiting for it to get released.
