NBA Playoffs
Phoenix Sun

Phoenix Sun thrashed the Milwaukee Bucks in the second game of the finals of the NBA.

This win has given the Suns an advantage of being 2-0 up in the seven-match series.

Phoenix Sun Edge Past A Fighting Bucks 118-108

Devin Booker, who idolized the legendary Kobe Bryant, starred in the finals helping his team beat the Bucks 118-108. Booker scored a staggering 31 points to hand the Suns a 2-0 lead.

Speculations have already started whether it will be Booker or his teammate Chris Paul to receive the MVP this season.

The Milwaukee Bucks did start well. Giannis Antetokounmpo achieved a commendable count of 42. However, at every point when the Bucks advanced, the Sun rose to the occasion and pegged them back.

Booker, the star of the night for Phoenix Sun, nailed his game. He took his tally of scoring three-pointers to 7. This also consisted of Booker nailing thrice in just a couple of minutes.

The Bucks’ misery could be summed up by looking at just one statistic- Antetokounmpo alone scored 32 while the rest of them together managed 32 as well. He went on a point hunting spree when he scored 20 just second best to Michael Jordan’s record of 22.

Sitting pretty at 2-0 up, the Phoenix Sun is just a couple of wins away from the coveted prize. With the Bucks focusing more on Booker & Chris Paul, Mikal Bridges seized this opportunity with both hands. He backed his 3-D capabilities and scored his best figures of 27 for his team.

Phoenix Sun seems to be in tremendous form. It now remains to be seen how the Bucks respond or else it will be Suns all the way.
