The Queen with utmost grace said that she shared the pain of millions who have lost loved ones. She said that the grief intensifies during celebratory seasons.

Queen Elizabeth’s Graceful Remembrance Of Prince Philip

Queen Elizabeth paid homage to her late husband during the Christmas TV broadcast. An image of her with her husband from their sixtieth wedding anniversary was on display. The Queen sported the same brooch she modeled during her honeymoon. It was a beautiful sapphire Chrysanthemum statement pin.

In the prerecorded video, the Queen sat alone as she sent out warm wishes and encouraging words. A subtle reminder of how her life would be without her husband beside her. This Christmas was her first in 73 years without her dearly beloved husband.

The Queen bid farewell to Prince Philip in St. George’s Chapel. A beautiful service was held at the royal family’s Windsor Castle.

The Queen was grateful for her family that had helped ease her pain. Queen Elizabeth mentioned her 4 great-grandchildren that were born this year. However, she did not bring up Prince Andrew, Prince Harry, or Meghan Markle.

The couple publicly cut ties with the royal family in 2020. Prince Andrew is currently being sued by Virginia R Giuffre. He has been accused of sexually abusing Virginia, then aged 17. The abuse took place in London, the Virgin Islands (USA), and at Jeffrey Epstein’s NYC home.
