Ryan Gosling has recently given an interview to British GQ and made some comments about his daughters which was a rare instance. This Canadian star is married to Eva Mendes and the power couple rarely speak about their personal life in public.
Ryan Gosling and his wife have two daughters and shared that parenting during the lockdown was a strange experience for the two. He further mentioned that their kids are at a difficult stage and not being able to interact with other children made it tough during the pandemic. Their daughters were stuck at home without any human interaction and the couple tried their very best to keep them entertained.
Rare Insight Into Ryan Gosling’s Family
Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes have been together for over ten years. The couple had welcomed their first daughter, Esmeralda, on 12th September 2014. They also had another daughter, Amada, on 29th April 2016.
The couple had managed to keep their daughters and family life out of the public. Although Eva had posted numerous photos and videos of their daughters earlier, she had removed them and hasn’t posted anything since.
Ryan Gosling remarked that while he was shooting for The First Man, his daughters believed that their father worked on the moon. However, when he started his upcoming project, The Gray Man, they figured out he is a CIA assassin, he shared jokingly.
Eva also stated that the couple prefers to keep their family life away from media attention. She categorically said that she will never post any photos or videos of their daughters without their consent. The couple seems to be home-schooling their kids amid the pandemic. Gosling mentioned he asked help from his mother who had home-schooled him for one year.
