Sam Asghari is Britney Spears’ soon-to-be husband. He revealed that he had given an audition for a role in the SATC revival named And Just Like That.
Sam Asghari, aged 27, uploaded an Instagram story on Wednesday. He said that he tried to land a role in the franchise reboot but failed.
Sam Asghari’s disappointment was evident in his voice. He congratulated the man who did get the role. He was hoping to get the role since the character was really fun.

And Just Like That needed a man who would fit the image of a physio-therapist, Travis. In the latest episode of And Just Like That, SJP’s Carrie Bradshaw undergoes a hip replacement. Travis helps the New York fashionista walk again. He gets her into her glamorous high heels soon after.
Later, medicated Carrie Bradshaw was on her podcast. She narrated an incident that left her coworkers and audience in disbelief and Charlotte York (Kristin Davis) in horror. It was a scene from the second season of Sex and the City. Samatha Jones (Kim Cattrall) used her fingers to remove a diaphragm from Carrie.
Charlotte expressed her concerns since Carrie did not hide Samantha’s identity. So she texted Samantha to inform and to apologize. Samantha being Samantha, replied with fun and zest. However, as soon as Carrie wrote that she missed her, Samantha was left at a loss for words. She did start typing but then stopped. Carrie felt hurt and rejected. And Just Like That explained that Samatha Jones and Carrie Bradshaw had a falling out. So, Samantha left for London and she left behind her girlfriends. Samantha however does care for the girls. She sent beautiful white flowers to decorate Carrie’s husband, John’s coffin.
SATC ran from 1998 till 2004. It stars Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie Bradshaw, Kim Cattrall as Samantha Jones, Cinthia Nixon as Miranda Hobbs, and Kristin Davis as Charlotte York. Sex and the City followed up the seasons with two movies that included the original cast.
