Stimulus Check For Several American States

Stimulus Check

The Stimulus Check has already run out in many places, although some will still be handed out in 2023 in states where it took longer to disperse the funds. Here is a list of the eight US states that will still be disbursing stimulus funds in 2023.

Is Your States Sending A Stimulus Check?

Colorado

Colorado residents who filed their 2021 taxes by the deadline of October 17 could still be waiting for their rebate money, which is worth 750 dollars for single taxpayers and 1500 dollars for joint filers and is supposed to come by January 31.

Idaho

Idaho passed Stimulus Checks for the 2022 Special Session, which will be distributed by the close of March 2023. The rebate is equal to 10 % of a taxpayer’s 2020 income tax, whichever is higher.

Jersey, New

As long as their annual income does not exceed $150,000, New Jersey renters should receive 450 dollars. That money should be transferred no later than May 2023.

Pennsylvania

Renters, homeowners, and people with disabilities in older age groups in Pennsylvania were receiving Stimulus Checks; however, because the reporting deadline was December 31, payments would not be distributed until well into 2023. The maximum additional rebate, as determined by the state, is 975 dollars, although the maximum normal rebate is just 650 dollars.

Carolina, South

Similar to Colorado, South Carolina will pay up to $800 to taxpayers who submitted their taxes after the October 17 deadline but before February 15 in March 2023.

Illinois

In 2023, Illinois homeowners might get two payments: a property tax rebate and an income tax rebate. Only residents with an adjusted gross income of under $200,000 in 2021 will receive the 50 to $100 income tax rebate for joint filers.
