The paternity lawsuit filed by Tristan Thompson and Maralee Nichols in Texas has been sealed and is confidential to the public. This was understood after the online filing- seen by Page Six on the morning on Thursday, was not visible anymore.
The change in the accessibility of the documents comes just a few days after the player from the Sacramento Kings requested a gag order to prevent his trainer from engaging further with the media. A rep for the trainer has mentioned that the hearing for a gag order hasn’t yet taken place. Also, the attorneys for Thompson refused to comment.

In another gag order request, Tristan Thompson had claimed that the intentions of Nichols all along was just to get some form of gain and notoriety for herself in the subsequent lawsuit- where she accused him of being the father of her son.
The basketball player further commented that he had been going through some major damages and extreme stress. This led to him requesting the court to hold an emergency hearing for the gag order while urging Nichols to pay a bond of $30,000 to prevent her from violating the order.
Interestingly, the 30-year old Tristan Thompson did admit in the lawsuit that he had had sex with Nichols in March on his birthday- when he was still in a relationship with Khloe Kardashian. But then he denied that he had made her pregnant. This led to him asking for a paternity test which would prove the legitimacy of her claims. Nichols, on her part, doesn’t seem ready enough to take the test.
Tristan Thomson is already a father to True, who he shares with Khloe Kardashian, and another son called Price, whom he shares with Jordan Craig.
