The new Netflix original started streaming from July 24 and people are already raving about Taylor Zakhar Perez, aka Marco. The movie is a sequel of “The Kissing Booth” released in 2018.
The character of Taylor is the new high-school heartthrob who gets attracted to the character played by Joey King, Elle who’s shown to be in a long distance relationship with Noah, played by Jacob Elordi.
Like in the show, Taylor also revealed some interest in his co-actor during an interview with an international portal.
He stated, “I’m not dating someone. Like, I’m a fan of Joey and wish that she would date me, you know what I mean? [Laughs.] I feel like it’s different if you’re in the same industry with each other and a fan of each other’s work. I don’t want to say no because you never know. What if you date someone that doesn’t know who you are but then becomes a fan of your work?”
Taylor Perez spoke about his new release “The Kissing Booth 2” as well as informed about his current relationship status.
Taylor mentioned that he’s a fan of Joey and wishes that she would date him. He also clarified he’s not dating anyone at the present. Being in the same industry and a fan of each other’s work really makes a person know you, suggested Taylor.
This film is better appreciated than its first counterpart and fans are looking forward to some excitement.
