Mark Brnovich On Federal Overreach

The Arizona Attorney General stated that the officials of the state had decided to sue the President and other staff members of his administration in the wake of the new mandate. This announcement of Mark Brnovich belonging to the Republican Party was made on the 14th of September that fell on a Tuesday. The mandates were stated to be unconstitutional in nature.

And it is exercised upon all the contractors and employees under the federal government and private business has over 100 employees. The suit by the state of Arizona under Attorney General Mark Brnovich marks the first-ever legal action taken by anyone against the administration of Joe Biden, the Democratic President of the country when it comes to the coronavirus mandates. Getting vaccinated is an important provision of the mandate.

The concerned attorney general is currently preparing himself to run for a seat in the US Senate. He stated that there was no clear-cut division of the powers of the resident as of now. And that was creating confusion in the country. Mark Brnovich also referred to the actions of President Boden as “federal overreach.” one of the legal analysts stated that the suit would further create confusion in the state as the federal agencies had not defined the specifications of the vaccine mandate.
