Ariana Grande made her debut on The Voice on Monday as the newest coach. The Voice is on its 21st Season and showcases coaches Blake Sheldon, Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, and the newly added Ariana Grande. Sheldon is the reigning champion.
Ariana Grande Has Learnt A Lot On The Set Of “The Voice”
Ariana Grande stated that she was a fan of the show and wanted to be a coach. This was her first season and she wanted to take the win for herself. If she manages to win, she will be the third coach to win in their debut season. The other 2 coaches to have won are Kelly Clarkson in 2018 and John Legend in 2019.
Ariana Grande replaced Nick Jones and started off the show. The show began with a sibling trio and became the first 4-chair turn, in the Blind Auditions. Clarkson was the first to turn her chair which was followed by John, Blake, and then Grande.
Grande then learnt how cutthroat the pitching was as she realized that she needs to fight harder and not end up being too nice. The trio picked Clarkson.
Blake advised Grande to lie and talk over people in order to survive in the competition. Blake is the most successful coach in the show, currently.
Ariana Grande applied his tactics on Katie Rae who performed “Bones” by Maren Morris. Grande promised her that she would have a baby for her to be on her team. She also cut off Legend by singer her hit, “Thank U, Next”. She ticked both boxes of Lying and Talking Over People, as advised by Sheldon. Rae finally chose Grande and Blake was extremely proud of her.
Ariana Grande is proving to be a major threat as she picked Katherine Ann Mohler and Vaughn Mugol who were powerful vocalists.
