Clint Eastwood turned 93 on Wednesday, marking yet another incredible milestone in a life full of them. He is a living legend and a Hollywood icon. Arnold Schwarzenegger, a fellow action icon, paid tribute to the “Unforgiven” filmmaker on Instagram in a brief but heartfelt remark.

Clint, happy birthday! You demonstrate that heroes don’t age out; rather, they reload at 93. You’re a legend,” Arnold Schwarzenegger commented in a message shared beside an image of the two skiing that was recently taken but not dated. Schwarzenegger has used the phrase “heroes don’t retire – they reload” before.

It’s the slogan from his popular Netflix series “Fubar,” and since it’s obviously a play on his own name as well as that of the show’s elderly espionage character, Arnold Schwarzenegger has found it quite useful when he’s sought to compliment other aging action heroes.

For instance, Bruce Willis, regrettably had to give up acting after developing a rare form of dementia. Willis is terrific, according to Schwarzenegger, who recently praised him in an interview with Cinemablend. He has been a tremendous, huge star for years and years. And I believe he will always be regarded as a fantastic star. also a good dude. I recognize that he was forced to retire due to his health-related situation. However, in general, we never actually retire.
