Black Cinema Stalwarts To Be Honored

The current year will include the celebration of black television for the very first instance. This event was initiated in the year 2014 for acknowledging black talents. This show boasts of twenty categories in which the awards are distributed. Halle Berry will be achieving the award for her incredible career. Berry has been outstanding in her filming days. She is the solitary black female to date to get hold of an Oscar. She received the award for her incredible performance in    “Monster’s Ball”. 

Anderson will be recognized for his incredible production prowess. His notable mentions include.              “Back-ish”,” Mix-ish” & “Grown-ish”. Jenkins will be awarded the Director’s Award for ” The Underground Railroad”. This series has been an instant hit in the Amazon Prime Video and has received worldwide recognition. 

The Black Cinema awards are scheduled for the 6th of December. The venue for the prestigious event has been revealed to be the Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel.
