Musician Blackbear and his fiancé, Michele Maturo, have confirmed that they are awaiting their 2nd baby. Their first child, a boy, was born in January last year.
Blackbear, 30, and Maturo, 31 took to social media to share the news. Maturo posed for a selfie in the nude which revealed the faint traces of a bump.
She added a sonogram image and wrote ‘it’s true round true.’ Blackbear was born Matthew Tyler. He also shared an identical picture of the sonogram report on Twitter and Instagram.
His Instagram post had the rapper holding the image and ‘DAD’ tattooed into his hand. Blackbear mentioned on Twitter that the child could be seen waving in the image. He was referring to the picture of their child with two fingers extended.
The couple received laudatory messages from friends and fans. Amanda Kloots of The Talk congratulated him on the announcement while NE-YO, singer congratulated Blackbear on Instagram and welcomed him to the exclusive club.

The couple welcomed their 1st child, Midnight Thomas last year, on January 26. The rapper and Maturo had announced Michele’s first pregnancy on September 26, 2019, when they had shared their excitement and happiness at finally bringing a child into their world.
The pair got engaged in April this year. Maturo had mentioned saying yes to her forever person on her social media account. Blackbear is an American singer, musician, songwriter, and also record producer. He has released 5 albums, 6 Eps, 2 collaborative albums, and 1 mixtape. He is also a member of the alternative R&B/ hip-hop duo, MansionZ, along with Mike Posner, singer-writer.
Back in 2016, the rapper had to be hospitalized with chronic pancreatitis due to alcohol abuse. He cured himself while in hospital and wrote his album ‘Digital Druglord’ while in the hospital.
