Courtney Cox on the Hollywood Walk of Fame received her star and told PEOPLE that her co-stars from Friends are not only her wonderful friends but are family to her. Courteney Cox on Monday received her star and she was accompanied by Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow, her former co-stars from Friends.
Courteney Cox said that the speech delivered by her longtime friends during the event felt great to her. She further added that Lisa Kudrow and Jennifer Aniston are not only her wonderful friends but are family to her. They make her very comfortable. They are Cox’s sisters.
Courteney Cox Extends Her Gratitude To Her Co-Stars From Friends
Courteney Cox delivered her own speech at the ceremony and thanked Aniston, Laura Dern, and Kudrow for their constant support over all these years. She further added that she loves them all a lot and she felt good about them showing up in public for her just the way they often do in private.
The 54-year-old Aniston and the 59-year-old Kudrow delivered a joint speech in which their former co-star as well as a longtime friend paid tribute to them. Jennifer Aniston began the speech by feeling honored to be present and speak as Courteney Cox’s friend, co-worker, family, and sister too which has taken place since they have known each other for a long time now.
Kudrow added that it has been this way ever since they first met 30 years ago and Aniston joked that it was not 30 years ago. It is a typo. Aniston shared that being friends with Cox is like being family to her. Cox has been very responsible for that. Ever since they first met Courteney Cox was always warm, inclusive, loving, and very much interested to know more about you.
