Republican Claim For Document Alleging Joe Biden Being Involved In Illegal Scheme Gets Rejected By FBI

James Comer, House Oversight Chairman’s demand for a document of internal law enforcement on the grounds of some Republicans accusing President Joe Biden of his involvement in an illegal scheme was rejected by the FBI on Wednesday. 

In a statement by acting assistant director of congressional affairs for the FBI office, Christopher Dunham in a statement to James Comer, according to CNN stated, Comer of demanding a document of precise description of the said criminal scheme of Joe Biden along with the involvement of a foreigner is contained in an FD-1023 single report.

On Comer’s concern of the FBI not disclosing to the American citizens, he further commented of Comer being censorious on the probity of the process of criminal justice and FBI’s duties of law enforcement of not disclosing incomplete and unchecked facts which may violate one’s the public image, privacy and cause obstruction of justice.

FBI Director Wray Denies The Existence Of The Document Alleging Joe Biden 

On Wednesday, FBI Director Christopher Wray appeared before the Senate Appropriations Committee, where he denied the existence of the document in question alleging President Biden. In his testimony, Wray said, that the FBI understands the significance of Congress’s supervision which is significant to him as well. He also understands the importance of the FBI protecting ongoing investigations, methods, and sources.

To address the issue the White House under Joe Biden’s administration has denounced the Republican accusation as a politically inclined charge against the Biden administration. Iowa Republican Chuck Grassley and James Comer have stated of being informed by an anonymous informer of Joe Biden being involved in an illegal scheme with a foreigner while they have alleged Vice President Harris’s involvement with monetary transactions with a foreign country.
