Ezra Miller Denies Stealing Liquor From His Neighbor’s House

Following yet another arrest and claims of erratic conduct by the Flash actor, Ezra Miller has entered a not-guilty plea to a charge of stealing alcohol from a neighbor’s house. Miller has been arrested many times, from Hawaii to Vermont.

Miller, 30, was arraigned in Bennington on Monday for felony burglary and petty larceny, and they appeared with their counsel virtually from Burlington. That they did not interact with the homeowner or visit the property was a condition they agreed to.

“Ezra would like to recognize the love and support they have gotten from their family and friends,” Miller’s attorney Lisa Shelkrot said in an email.

Ezra Miller Has Been Getting Into Trouble Often

Ezra Miller could spend up to 26 years in jail if he is found guilty. The next court date for this case is January 13th.

On May 1st, Vermont state troopers responded to a burglary call in Stamford and reported that they discovered many bottles of alcohol had been stolen from a property while the owner was gone.

According to the police affidavit, the homeowner said he had known Miller for 18 years and that he had acquired the house 1.5 years ago because Miller had also bought a house in the same town. Police analyzed security video and questioned witnesses before filing charges against Miller.

Ezra Miller has been arrested twice in Hawaii so far this year; the first time was for a disturbance and the second time was for harassment in a karaoke club.

This year has also seen a protective order issued against actor T. J. Miller by the parents of 18-year-old environmental activist Tokata Iron Eyes, who claims that Miller engaged in improper activity with her beginning when she was 12 years old. However, Iron Eyes has cast doubt on that assertion.

After performing as the Flash in many Justice League films for Warner Bros. and DC Films, Miller will reprise the role in the film The Flash, set for release in June 2023. A message addressed to Warner Bros. for comment was not immediately responded to.
