On Wednesday, Republican Mehmet Oz intensified his attack on Pennsylvania Democratic Democratic senator John Fetterman for not being already agreed to a debate between both the two. As a result, John Fetterman pledged to take on Oz.

John Fetterman said they were going to debate with Oz, and it was always their intent to do that. In his interview, Mr Fetterman said they’ll be able to resolve that. It was always just a matter of dealing with some of the stroke’s lasting effects, specifically the auditory processing.

In a statement, Fetterman reiterated his remarks from an interview with Politico: “We’re definitely going to debate Dr. Oz, and that was truly always our objective to do that.”

“We’re going to be able to figure that out,” the patient said. “It was just simply always about treating some of the remaining concerns of the stroke, the auditory processing.”

Although Fetterman did not specify which debate he planned to attend, he stated that it would occur “sometime around the middle to end of October” on a “big television station” in Pennsylvania.

For a discussion to be conducted in September, he stated that there was “essentially zero precedence,” and he continued, “that was never going to happen.”

But let’s be clear: Dr Oz has never seen this as a debate. Because they are out of ideas, Dr Oz and his staff have been making fun of me for having a stroke throughout the entire ordeal.

Fetterman is recuperating from a stroke he had in May that has left him with ongoing auditory impairments. Oz’s team, which has pushed Fetterman to agree to a debate, poked fun at Fetterman’s announcement, branding it a “hidden debate.”
