No stranger to scandals, it has been reported that Marilyn Manson had a soundproof, small glass enclosure in his apartment in West Hollywood. Now, having a small enclosure in an apartment could be called weird- but not something related to assault and kidnapping. What gave this weird feature a decidedly horrifying turn was that the singer used to lock up women he dated in that enclosure. Several sources close to the singer have alleged that in a report that was published last Sunday by Rolling Stone.
Marilyn Manson’s Bad Girl’s Room Comes To Light
Most of the allegations have pointed out that women who dated Marilyn Manson, the shock rocker whose real name is Brian Warner, were locked in a solitary-confinement cell that was specifically used to psychologically torture women. Women who dated that singer stated that Manson used to call this enclosure the ‘Bad Girls’ Room’. Ashley Walters, the former assistant of Warner who recently accused him of sexual assault, mentioned that Warner was actually quite proud of this room as he kept bragging about it to people.
Interestingly, Marilyn Manson himself mentioned the room quite a few times in various interviews and media appearances. In 2011, he appeared in an interview with V Magazine and spoke about the room. In May 2021, Ashley Morgan Smithline, one of the many women who have accused Manson of abuse, told People magazine that he used to lock her in that enclosure every time she ‘pissed him off.
Several women have come forward and have alleged Marilyn Manson of sexually abusing them. Evan Rachel Wood has stated that Warner horrifically abused her when they dated from 2007 to 2010. Esme Bianco, the actor from Game of Thrones, also sued Warner where she claimed that he had physically and sexually assaulted her. Walter, the former assistant of the shock rocker, has also sued him for sexual abuse.
