Matt Nagy is no longer in charge of the Bears. A recent report has stated that he has been sacked. This came as a shock to all the fans and followers worldwide. Bears had been performing quite well in the recent past. A large chunk of the credit goes to Matt. He helped the team evolve and develop into a decent outfit. Matt has a lot of memorable moments with the Bears. He has led the team to many successful outings in the past. Nagy was roped in to manage the Bears in the year 2018. He delivered instantly. The team won their first NFC championship that year. It was a huge moment for the team. Their last championship run came ten years ago, in 2008. Matt also won the award of the best coach in the same year.

Unfortunately, all the good works seemed to fizzle out with time. The Bears failed to replicate their heroics. They played average football for the rest of the season. This developed a sense of anger among the management. They immediately took a drastic step. It was conveyed to Matt Nagy that he will no longer be a part of the Bears. The change of coach will take place following the match on Thanksgiving.

Matt Nagy is No Longer InCharge Of the Bears

The decision from the team management was a shocker. Bears have never sacked their coach in the middle of the season. This was indeed an exception this time. The management has already told Nagy about his future. He will be stripped of his position on Monday.

It seemed that the continuous losing streak of the Bears did not please the management. Players also seemed very frustrated. Jaylon Johnson stated that the team needed to find its winning ways. Although Matt Nagy denied the reports, his tenure seems to be over for good.
